21 1/2" French Fashion Lady by Fernand Gaultier , Paris ca. 1875

A fine quality socket head made from pressed bisque marked " 5" , has a closed mouth with accented lips , blue spiral glass eyes with painted eye lashes and fine feathered brows , molded and painted ears with old earrings , original cork pate and original mohair wig , bisque shoulder plate is marked : 5 other side of shoulder F.G, great kid body , gusset- jointing , with individual stitched fingers and toes, one patch on left hip ..... THIS DOLL IS BEAUTIFUL DRESSED, HAS OLD UNDERGARMENTS ,COSTUME MADE FROM SILK, OLD WOVEN STOCKINGS AND OLD LEATHER SHOES

HEAD CONDITION : right side on head the mold line becomes a firing line , good to see on picture , this is fortunately the only one problem , except what I have mentioned , head and shoulder plate have no damage , I offer her for $ 2995.00 ( firm )

Tricycle-riding doll by William Goodwin , patented 1868 by H.Hawkins , made in US , doll has pressed Paper-Mache shoulder head with painted facial features , some wear from age in face, well working key-wind system

Finest quality pressed bisque socket head on bisque shoulder plate , head and shoulder plate marked with " E", excellent original condition , free of hairlines and no chips ! The SFBJ character doll 242 is a Bebe Teteur.... the nursing Bebe or the breathing doll , patented in Paris 1910. made in the manner of the Bru Teteur Bebe , but a different system : SFBJ has the sucking mechanism in torso , so the head could be made like the other doll heads with sleeping eyes.... rare version is the 242 with the fully jointed body , it was more popular on the baby body.... the classic physiognomy with a closed mouth , pierced with a single hole , brown sleep eyes with painted lashes , one stroke brows , head is marked : SFBJ / 242 / Paris ... the little boy is old dressed .... and he is hard to find ! Great quality bisque , no damage ....

21" Precious early Parian lady with a real sublime shoulder head , she is attributed to Simon & Halbig !

She has many value points : head has a molded bodice , a hole in front is holding a jewel , her ears are pierced with still the old earrings , outstanding molded blonde hairdo: center part curly hair in back , two braids pulled back on head and hold by a blue molded bow , a fine white porcelain with blushed , chubby cheeks, head and body original , painted facial features with blue eyes ! original cloth body with simulated stripped stockings and sewn on blue leather boots , there is a small rust-spot on left leg below knee , I add a picture from the breast plate in front , a very tiny short split on bottom ,made by firing the porcelain head, no damage on head , doll is made circa 1875 , her costume is from cotton and is new ! $ 1299.00
