Conditions  of  Sale  Policy

All items will be described as accurately and completely as possible. Bisque or China doll heads and parts are guaranteed to be free of hairlines, cracks or chips unless noted in the description. Any repair will also be mentioned, unless is a minor wear from age. I try to do my best and point out all the problems , if there are some....

If ever of some reason a customer is not satisfied , please contact me immediately . The item must be returned  in the  same condition it was sent  ,with all the wrapping materials , shipped fully insured by priority mail ! A full refund will be    given , provided that the buyer returns the item within two  days of receipt............there is no return if you keep an item for longer as two  days !

Please feel free to contact me with any questions you  may have , you are welcome  demanding for additional pictures and an exactly description from the item of interest

We accept Money orders , US personal check with a 10 days waiting time to clear it , Bank wire transfer for higher amounts

Lay - Away Policy

Your Layaway is welcome. Layaway terms to be negotiated on an individual basis. A minimum of 20% will hold any doll. Once  a price and payment schedule are arranged between a buyer and us, the buyer is obligated to make minimum monthly payment as agreed, on a timely basis. Layaway are non-refundable and, should you choose to terminate your layaway before it is completed, you may apply your credit balance to another item or future purchase. I reserve the right to end a lay-away  contract early by failure of the buyer and any prior monies paid to the seller to be used only as a "HOUSE  - CREDIT "  Please understand that only one item is allowed on lay-away

      I cannot offer return  privileges on lay-away items
